Q&A
What does Magnify actually generate?
Lesson slide decks built on structured templates — not freeform AI text. Each slide type has consistent, classroom-ready structure teachers can rely on.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
Magnify uses coded templates so output is consistently structured and standards-mapped. No prompt engineering, no formatting cleanup, no copy-paste juggling.
Does it connect to my district's standards?
Yes, you can add any standards in as desired.
Can I edit slides after generation?
Within the platform, you can regenerate slide content. Slides can be exported from the system and users can edit the slides within the platform of their choice (google or powerpoint).
Is there a free plan?
+Create an account, explore the workspace, and build your first set of activities for free. A subscription unlocks additional slide generation and image credits.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Text you paste into our platform is sent to AI services solely to generate your slides and images. It is never used to train AI models.
How is my data stored?
Your account data and saved slide decks are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections. PDFs you upload are processed entirely in your browser — the file itself is never sent to our servers.
Who should use this?
The platform could be used by any content teacher or after school provider who has readings that may be challenging for students in their classroom. This could also be used in an advisory setting for additional language practice.
Why don’t you make your slides all different and visually interesting like in other platforms?
Yes, seeing similar slides might be less visually appealing, but our focus is learning benefits. Consistency supports accessibility, eases anxiety for students as they are aware of expectations, and it helps bridge connections between and across classrooms, units, and subject matter.
What does implementation look like?
For an English or an ESOL class, you could build most of your daily lesson components directly into the slides. For a science classroom, you might supplement weekly lessons with 3-4 activity sets pulled from this that reinforce literacy. For a study skills program, you may may have students working
